Delivery and Returns
All orders are shipped within 1 working day. Our Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated however goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. For shipment we use UPS. Orders will arrive at you within 3 working days of the order being placed. Export is available upon request. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay. You can rest assured that we will work to rectify any delivery problems with minimal delay.
We offer a free return service within the UK with UPs subject to our returns policy being met: We do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will deal with this request. Exchanges must be notified with 14 days of receiving your items. You cannot demand an exchange if you have used the product. Return orders/exchanges will only be processed once the original goods have been received and inspected by us. Please note we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged when being returned to us, to avoid any problems ensure you pack the items securely and keep note of tracking reference numbers.
For international orders, we can offer an exchange/refund for damaged goods as long as we receive notification within 14 days of you receiving the items. Please ensure you follow the steps outlined above. International returns policy is the customer fails to retrieve the parcel. If you fail to collect your parcel after being notified by the International Postal Service, then any charges that we incur for the return of the parcel will be charged to you. You will be charged further postal fees for the resending of your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, we aim to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please contact email@example.com as soon as you receive the wrong item. We will arrange for UPs to collect the item and a replacement/correct item to be sent back to you. To receive a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you do not receive a notification that the remaining items are to follow in a subsequent delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days of receiving your order. If you have not received your delivery within 4 working days, then please contact email@example.com, and will we raise an investigation with Ups. Please be aware that if you notify us after 10 working days it may be difficult for UPS to obtain any information as the data may have been destroyed.
